established in September 2006 in Crockett, Texas as a 501-C3
non-profit organization.
Mission Statement
Supporting men, women, and children in their
quest to battle cancer and other debilitating diseases while finding
innovative research and supporting education.

The Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation is proud to support the
Castleberry Foundation, Inc. on its production of a documentary that
highlights cancer patients and the treatments that they receive at
the clinic of M.Rigdon Lentz, M.D. in Prien, Germany. Dr. Lentz has
recently been granted the C E Mark in the European Union. Dr.
Lentz’s treatment is approved in 28 countries but not the United
States. The documentary will be produced by the Bossier Parrish
